Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, EMEA this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract based from the London office with the opportunity to work flexibly from home as agreed. This is an exciting opportunity to support the EMEA recruitment team in securing top diverse talent for our world leading media and entertainment companies.

Responsibilities:
• Interview scheduling across the region using the Applicant Tracking System, (currently Smart Recruiters).
• Engage and builds strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates, managing general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition.
• Updates and distributes monthly internal communications as directed by the Director, TA.
• Consolidates and distributes monthly business updates on behalf of the EMEA team.
• Prepare purchase orders and managing SAP processes on behalf of the EMEA team.
• Updates the Applicant Tracking System as required, (currently Smart Recruiters)
• Support Recruiters in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required.
• Provides support with posting adverts and updating branding on job boards.
• Supports EMEA TA & global branding team in preparing social media posts and campaigns.
• Build a strong general knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes including but not limited to a thorough understanding of Smart Recruiters and knowledge of the Hiring Manager Toolkit to answer general queries and/ or signpost stakeholders or team members as needed.
• Communicates with Managers, HR and new hires to ensure a smooth offer process.
• Helps to prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for the EMEA TA team.
• Helps facilitate TA meetings, training or presentations as required by the TA Director.
• Processing candidate expenses as required.
• Support recruiters in reviewing applications for associate level roles with guidance where time permits.
• Support Early Careers team in setting up Assessments Centre's and other events during peak periods.
• Supporting DEI&A initiatives as well as other projects as required by the Director, TA.
• Preparing passes, greeting candidates/ other visitors, and showing them around NBCU offices.
• Act as a central point of contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, HR, and other business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications/ Experience:
• Demonstrate equivalent work experience or aptitude.
• Experience working in a Recruiting, Human Resources team or related experience in an administrative function and be able to demonstrate the ability to handle the heavy 'workflow' with a positive attitude.
• A good level of IT literacy including MS Office and experience of working with an Application Tracking system would be advantageous.

• Have a desire to provide a best in class Hiring Manager and Candidate experience.
