Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. What You'll Do:

Premier League Productions (PLP) are proud to be the production partner to the most watched football league in the world. Globally, we broadcast to 189 out of 193 UN member states, serve over 100 broadcast partners and our work is available in over 900 million homes across the world.  Our wide array of high-quality output includes live matches, digital content, studio shows, promos and magazine programming, all delivered across multiple platforms.

We are currently looking for an organised, energetic and assertive Premier Footage Producer (PFP) .

You will be an experienced self-starter with a passion for world class sports footage capture and distribution. You will be responsible for effectively capturing, collaiting and distributing high end Premier League match action footage to supercharge PLP's efforts in creating world class content and promos for PL rights holders across the globe. You will also be responsible for leading the direction of high quality matchday filming through a cinematic and innovation lens as well as the distrubition of this footage to broadcasters around the world that will in turn enable them to create brilliant content for their channels.

You will work closely with Senior Creative and Editorial Leads, Production Managers and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate a flawless workflow that uses original matchday shoot footage as well as footage from other sources (eg matchday broadcast and digital cameras) to deliver best in class creative film rushes to the Premier League and its international rights holders.

This is a new position within PLP's evolving Creative department, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to influence as well as drive, top tier creative production process within the organisation.

Working requirements: Weekend and evening work will be required at times.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Shape shoot direction for our matchday camera ops and on-ground directors to execute brilliant cinematic capture of matchday action
• Develop a workflow for collation of all Premier Footage from across PLP capture sources eg. Programming & Digital shoots
• Work with Creative, Editorial and Broadcaster leads to strategically plan Comp Reels and Footage drops that are most effective for PL rights holders' needs
• Working with PLP Editing and Media Management Departments to build a successful workflow for the distribution of all Premier Footage Comp Reels and Rushes
• Take our matchday capture to new levels through testing and developing new innovations in camera and workflow technologies
• Defining project timelines and keeping Premier Footage Production on track
• Working closely with production Management to ensure budgets are met and third party production relationships are managed effectively

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Typically 5+ years in live action capture and/or distribution role
• A thorough knowledge of Premier League football
• A brilliant directoral eye for creative sports rushes
• A willingness to travel to Premier League games
• A passion for innovative capture, edit and distribution technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate production plans
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Social, engaging and collaborative
• Comfortable working at our London Heathrow Studios 4 days a week with some evening and weekend work
