WME is looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to support emerging talent recruitment across with a primary focus on Assistant and Rotational Assistant talent acquisition. This position will work on full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and actively filling positions. You will also get to work on employee branding, professional development and diversity and community partnerships to create a robust, diversified pipeline of talent coming into the agency. 

You are a strong recruiter with a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging as well as the Early Careers space; able to tackle recruiting for a variety of different businesses. You are agile and compatible with high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting needs. You keep hiring managers updated and candidates engaged with a high level of courtesy and professionalism and enjoy all channels of recruiting - from networking, to outreach, to reviewing inbound applications.

Responsibilities: 
• Build a continuous early career candidate pipeline across key geographic markets with the goal of conversion by using a variety of hiring channels
• Exercise curiosity and conduct research into competitors and marketplace to target passive talent
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including HRBPs and business leads, to fill open positions
• Collaborating with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates
• Ensure applicants and prospects are reflective of hiring managers' requirements according to job description and the future team needs
• Provide guidance to hiring managers such as best practice in recruitment and selection as well supporting them in drafting interview questions
• Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries
• Support the candidate's transition and onboarding process

Qualifications: 
• Prior experience in campus/early careers recruitment
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable while working at a fast, demanding pace 
• Understanding of recruitment best practices, processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, experience in Workday is a plus
• Solid knowledge of candidate selection methods and sourcing tools
• Must operate with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
