Position Summary:

In this role you will be tasked with developing and executing programming that create community, celebrate the diversity within our industry, educates employees on important Impact and Inclusion related topics, and exposes the broader employee population to new ideas and experiences while supporting Endeavor's overall Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy strategy.

In short, handling internal events and communications through an Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy lens.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement :
• Develop, manage, and execute Impact, Inclusion and Advocacy programming across the Endeavor network (e.g., Earth Day, Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Juneteenth etc.)
• Plan, project manage, and execute internal events and ongoing programming for employees around Impact and Inclusion related topics and causes
• Maintain consistent communication with global office leads

External Events and Activation:
• Support execution of public-facing activations with Endeavor business units (e.g., In the BLK Show at NYFW, Frieze Impact Prize etc.)

Communications:
• Support the development, execution, and management of our team's communications
• Support communications and development of materials for needs including but not limited to, annual report, internal and external e-blasts, invitations, programming materials, social media posts and toolkits, presentation outlines, ensuring messages are consistent across all platforms
• Work with social media team on Impact content for Endeavor channels

Team Support and Cross-Functional Tasks:
• Support with general team administrative and operational tasks
• Support the Senior Manager, Community Engagement on employee volunteerism initiatives through proficient use of our community giving platform, Benevity
• Partner with our team lead overseeing the Employee Resource Groups (ERG program) and ERG members to develop recommendations for creating an inclusive work environment where employees from underrepresented groups can thrive
• Support team operations and administrative tasks
• Potential to manage a coordinator

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 3+ years of experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space, social impact space, or CSR
• Experience executing programs, events, and campaigns, specifically employee engagement initiatives
• Proven track record with building strong relationships with internal business partners
• Possess exceptional written and verbal skills, attention to detail and ability to distill and present complex information into clear, concise and engaging communications with a particular focus on social impact, diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and demonstrate a willingness to help others
• Demonstrate passion for creating inclusive corporate cultures with a history of executing inclusive campaigns and initiatives
• Exercise creativity, strategic thinking, and determination to drive our company culture of employee engagement and an inclusive workplace forward
• Exercise expert judgment and sensitivity in all communications and conversations

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$100,000 annually
