The Label Services team provides additional resources and expertise to amplify artist releases through digital marketing, sync licensing, publicity, and radio promotion campaigns.

Your role:

This is a unique opportunity to learn the global music business and work across exciting artists and label partners from US and overseas. This position will be assisting the ADA Label Services department across digital marketing and sync licensing campaign efforts as well as providing day to day executive support to SVP.

Here you'll get to:
• Provide overall support to ADA's Label Services team across project campaigns, marketing initiatives and sync licensing.
• Day-to-Day administrative duties supporting SVP Global Head of Artist and Market Development including calendar management, travel and expense reports, as well as special projects assisting global business.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to update and maintain relevant workflow systems, reports and documents including marketing assets, budget tracking, invoices, vendor forms, copyright and licensing information.
• Assist with the analysis and optimization of artist's and ADA's social channels and properties.
• Create and manage digital marketing tools, email blasts, newsletters.
• Track and report on trends across UGC platforms (eg TikTok, YouTube, Meta).
• Participate in miscellaneous projects across Label Services team including listening sessions, case studies, internal & external meetings, creative brainstorming, project research and charting.
• Organize department, label and artist meetings (catering, booking conference rooms, conference lines, video conferences, run A/V, etc).
• Join on weekly calls with artists, labels, and partners to discuss plans, strategies, goals and contribute your ideas to enhance services results.
• Securing song assets and information such as co-publishers, copyright owners, composers, ownership, and financial procedures. This would be in coordination with label partners, artist managers, as well as our ADA LMs.

About you:
• You are a music fan and a 'self-starter' who takes initiative to get involved in all aspects of ADA and the various departments.
• You enjoy working in a fast paced work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and an ability to prioritize your workload.
• You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow up, & are able to work in a team environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a strategic thinker who is results-oriented.
• You are able to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
• You are very experienced with Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• You are passionate about and demonstrate a desire to continue to learn, grow and adapt with the rapidly changing industry.

We'd love it if you also had:
• College Degree preferred
• 2-4 previous years of experience supporting a Senior-Level Executive
• Prior music industry experience is a plus.

Salary Range
$20.00 to $25.00 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
