Job Description
The Sr Director, DEI Business Partner will lead on operationalizing DEI efforts globally for the Streaming, Streaming Tech and Games business units they support. They will be responsible for partnering across the organization to design and activate the delivery of the global DEI strategy for the businesses they support and to interpret activity at a local level, as needed. The Sr Director, DEI Business Partner will work in partnership with business leaders, the broader DEI team, and local People & Culture (P&C) colleagues to embed systems change approach to DEI at WBD with a focus on recruitment, retention, progression, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. This role will partner closely with their business clients, P&C Partners, Business Resource Groups, Communications, and Legal.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Manage the design and implementation of the DEI strategy and initiatives for the Streaming and Games functions globally, following the direction set by the Business and Creative Councils working as a DEI Business Partner with the P&C team.
• Ensure the DEI strategy for Streaming and Games aligns with the overall business and people strategies. Own the development, project management and execution of roadmap and initiatives.
• Serve as a resource and trusted advisor to employees and leaders on DEI-related matters, providing guidance, support and facilitating open dialogue.
• Engage functional leadership in a way that gains advocacy and ownership of the D&I strategy.
• Collaborate with the P&C team to ensure effective DEI practices are embedded into every phase of the talent and development lifecycles, to support the development of diverse and global talent.
• Develop and cultivate a deep understanding of the organization and how best to link D&I strategy/outcomes to the global people strategy for Streaming and Games.
• Lead the activation of DEI programmatic efforts for Streaming and Games globally to build leadership capability and advance talent (i.e. mentoring/coaching/sponsorship programs, inclusive leadership or fellowship programs, etc.)
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational resources to promote awareness, understanding, and accountability around DEI topics.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and employee experience programs.
• Partner with local leaders, P&C, Legal and Comms to manage the change, transformation and communication needs required to implement our DEI strategy globally.
• Responsible for developing communications, awareness, and reporting on all D&I initiatives and commitments.
• Elevate and support the employee resource groups, ERGs, with their programming, exposure, and success.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of global experience and knowledge in the area of workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with managing organizational diversity initiatives.
• Experience working with Streaming and Gaming organizations preferred.
• Ability to successfully engage in and manage global relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communications along with presentation skills, required.
• Understanding of local regulations and reporting in the US, LATAM, APAC and EMEA.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills required.
• Must be self-initiating, exercise good judgment, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated effectiveness managing diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, BRG members, external vendors and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy.
• Proven influencing and relationship building skills with internal and external partners and people from various backgrounds and cultures.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $145,250.00 - $269,750.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
