The Digital Operations Coordinator is a junior-level position for CNN International. It is designed to support experienced operational specialists within the region. This role involves assisting with sales requests from Ad Sales teams, handling various administrative tasks such as avails lookups, plan checks, creative QA testing, bookings, trafficking, reporting, and general administrative support. The role is internally focused, providing operational support across the Europe, Africa, and Americas regions. The aim is to maximise the department's efficiency and assist specialists in meeting all campaign delivery expectations.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support Sales on proposals, avail checks and advice on formats.
• Book, traffic and manage digital ad campaigns.
• Handle screengrabs for sales/clients at the beginning of campaigns.
• Prepare weekly, ad hoc and post campaign reports.
• Offer feedback and advice on optimisations in order to achieve campaign KPIs.
• Conduct creative testing to ensure all new creatives comply with CNN's technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to banner creatives, custom executions, under/over-delivery, order management, and implementation.
• Ensure campaign billing, rep commissions and vendor payment is correct and co-ordinate with finance department for process and amendments where required.
• Provide general support to the operations specialists and in turn sales teams within region.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Effective spoken and written communication in English.
• Knowledge of ad-serving, web page composition, and analytical tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Eager to learn about the digital advertising industry.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently and as a team player.
• Detail oriented, strong organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive and service-oriented attitude.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
