About the Role

The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is looking for a Personal Assistant to join and be an integral part of Commercial and Analytics & Insights teams. You'll be providing administrative support to the VP, Commercial and VP, Analytics & Insights within the Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) / Disney+ team. In addition to this, you'll also liaise with multiple contacts in EMEA and the US, maintain a high and professional standard of communication between their office and all internal and external contacts, as well as management of highly confidential information.

This role is a hybrid opportunity working in our Hammersmith office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do:
• Provide first class general administrative support
• Diary and inbox management for VP, Commercial and VP, Analytics & Insights
• Co-ordinate meetings, lunches, and dinners
• Prepare meeting agendas, organise conference calls
• Join team meetings to help with running order and action points
• Prioritise daily workload, in conjunction with urgent requirements
• Assist with recruitment scheduling working with the internal recruitment team
• Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries as required
• Process expenses for VP, Commercial and VP, Analytics & Insights in a timely manner via Concur system
• Manage all travel requirements including travel itineraries and bookings – both European and International
• Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and input
• Raise Purchase Orders through SAP
• Provide holiday and sickness cover to SVP & GM, Disney+ in Executive Assistant's absence
• Ad-hoc project support as required
• Assist Executive Assistant in the running of monthly Disney+ EMEA town hall
• Any additional duties as may be required by the VP, Commercial or VP, Analytics & Insights
• Lead on quarterly socials for the Commercial & Analytics and Insights teams

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong, demonstrable experience as Personal Assistant
• Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and other associated administrative systems
• Experience in a fast paced, large multi-national organisation
• Advanced Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills and good knowledge of Excel
• Friendly, outgoing, professional and polite
• Open and approachable
• Organised and detail oriented
• Able to work in a deadline driven environment and meet tight deadlines
• Dynamic and enthusiastic
• Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative
• Highly discreet and aware of sensitive & confidential information and situations
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation – ability to be concise and inform
• Collaborative working style
• Team player, ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues (internally & externally)
