Brand Manager (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager; this Brand Manager develops and executes innovative, industry-leading insight-driven consumer marketing campaigns in line with Studios strategy (Theatrical & Streaming) for Disney & Disney Live-Action, Pixar and Avatar.
In this role, you will be leading a Studios Marketing Coordinator.
This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for selected title campaigns, as directed by the Senior Brand Manager.
• In conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager, develop UK strategy for allocated titles , ensuring consistency amongst in-house marketing support teams.
• Oversee campaign planning process and timelines, including internal and external briefings, implementation and post-campaign reporting & analysis.
• C ollaborate with internal Studios teams (Publicity, Digital, Creative et al ) to ensure priorities are aligned and campaigns delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
• F inancial planning and day-to-day campaign budget management.
• On selected titles, studios point of contact for cross-company synergy and activations; seek opportunities, leverage XLOB insights and the strength of franchises, and collaborate to develop and report on marketing plans which create value for the wider business and vice versa.
• Ensure paid media investments are bring fully leveraged to explore new opportunities, formats, partnerships and value delivery.
• Presenting marketing plans to senior stakeho ld ers (Directors, VPs and SVP level) on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate good analytical skills and use the tools available to monitor and evaluate performance of titles against marketing
objectives , and c reate UK-specific campaign summaries to feed into regular UK & EMEA reviews
The Experience We Require From You:
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably entertainment industry.
• Ability to formulate & manage high profile marketing campaigns
• Established experience working in film, entertainment or creative marketing sectors with t heatrical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of paid media planning
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
