What You'll Do:
• Provide high-level administrative support to an Agent, including managing phone calls, calendar scheduling, and coordinating travel.
• Maintain event tracking spreadsheets, manage internal databases, and draft important client communications.
• Assist with the logistics of client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Handle expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
• Collaborate with team members across UTA, ensuring seamless communication and providing excellent service to both clients and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:

• Relevant Experience: Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, preferably within entertainment.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple priorities, keeping projects on track, and delivering on tight deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Client Knowledge: An understanding of UTA's client roster and a desire to contribute to the success of some of the most influential figures in entertainment and culture.
