THE ROLE
This position requires a dynamic, competitive, hard working sales professional with a successful track record in professional sports and/or large scale multi-national events. This position represents one of the key functions responsible for helping the organization meet its financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients and premium package buyers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILTIES
Primary Responsibilities
• Propose and implement a sales/prospection strategy for corporate clients and premium buyers in the North American market.
• Build effective business relationships with Corporations and Premium clients throughout the North American market to maintain a solid pipeline of business and prospects.
• Based on market trends and data, propose sales strategy (and if necessary, modifications during the sales cycle) to maximize sales and margin.
• Sell ticket/hospitality packages for Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics to achieve individual, team and specific product revenue targets.
• Sales will be driven through pro-active prospecting activities including, but not limited to, outbound phone calls, emails, sales-related events and meetings.
• Ensure perfect CRM management, lead qualification, sales reporting and an extremely strong post sales upsell / cross sell strategy.
• Ensure Salesforce reporting is 100% accurate and can be used for any internal reporting purposes.
• Collaborate effectively with On Location departments in Europe and in the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must have an established network of potential clients (ideally in the DACH region), and be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
In addition to the above, the candidate should have the following :
Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years+ Sales experience in sports or hospitality.
Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong Communication, Presentation and Written Skills.
• Established relationships with key corporate clients.
• Sales Force CRM expertise and Excel, Powerpoint.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$68,640 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$85,000 annually
