Reporting to the Content and Partnerships Manager,

Responsible for supporting content curation, syndication partners, local editorial efforts along with supporting the daily operations for international E! Digital properties.

The Global Digital Operations, Content and Partnerships group is tasked with localizing and supporting a wide range of digital products, helming ad operations, extending existing capabilities in emerging platforms globally, including but not limited to: International E! News sites, syndication partners, OTT, authenticated streaming partners and others.

Detail oriented, technically savvy problem solver with superior customer service skills to join our Digital Operations, Content and Partnerships group.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Content and Partnerships Manager with day-to-day activities including daily website curation, video ingestion and approvals and editorial communications
• Serve as a liaison between the International Digital team and various local and domestic interdepartmental teams
• Maintain parity between different sites in regard to content and curation strategy
• Ensure that local editorial workflow is adhered to by local editorial teams
• Assist in on-boarding of new team members for access to internal Content Management Systems
• Troubleshoot syndication and content issues with technical teams, QA and stakeholders as they arise
• Work closely with International and US editorial and marketing teams to review, resolve and respond to each inbound request
• Commission and version creative for digital products via our in-house graphics team
• Management of video assets for International editions of E! Including receiving, encoding, publishing and approving of assets
• Manage the daily maintenance of the communication to syndication partners as well as the management of content delivery including updating syndication content in partner CMS tools
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and promotion of all linear activity throughout Eonline.com international editions

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years' experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience working with a CMS (previous experience with Toolbox is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
• Adobe Photoshop knowledge/ experience preferred
• Strategic knowledge and familiarity with streaming media platforms and services

• Previous experience working in Latin America Media, Entertainment, or OTT/ streaming industry with a working knowledge of markets, best practices, rules & regulations
