Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

What You'll Do:

IMG Productions is one of the largest producers of sports programming in the world, responsible for thousands of hours of content on behalf of more than 200 federations, associations and events. Producing and distributing three 24/7 sports offerings in Sport 24, the first-ever live, global, premium sports channel for the airline and cruise industries; EDGEsport, the premium action sports channel; and the Premier League Content Service for international broadcasters, which includes all live matches, comprehensive analysis and regular magazine programming. Our cross-platform product offerings include: Golfing World, Amazon Tennis, UFC, The Wimbledon Championships, the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, European Tour Productions, Royal & Ancient Golf, SNTV, Euroleague Basketball, Trans World Sport, EFL, FIVB, Evoke Films, Audio and more.

We have an exciting opportunity to Produce the Football League highlight shows for ITV & The EFL. Working to the allocated budget, your role will be to lead the team and maintain excellent working relationships with the core team and wider EFL department.

Working requirements: Weekend and evening work will be required at times.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Ultimate responsibility for delivery of the Highlights programme on time and on budget to the agreed specification, including on-site links, voiceover midweek formats and the International, VO only, version.
• Defining the editorial content and direction of the programme with regular liaison with the Senior Producer.
• To prepare the production schedule and budget alongside the Production Manager.
• To prepare running orders talent and oversee gallery playout.
• Oversee all post-production, in conjunction with edit producer, of the programme.
• Brief, oversee and provide feedback to the production team.
• Management and co-ordination of Talent (presenting).
• Able to manage several edit suites all running simultaneously.
• Recruitment of freelance members of the production team where necessary.
• Line management and on-the job training for production team members including Assistant Producers.
• Responsible for adhering to compliance guidelines for broadcaster/client as appropriate
• Responsible for all matters of Health & Safety for the production and supervising all shoot Risk Assessments.
• Comfortable working to extremely tight deadlines.
• Responsible for adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Experience writing links and scripts.
• Extensive knowledge of Football League.
• Experience and knowledge of stitch-producing.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Considerable experience as a Producer or Assistant Producer in live/gallery production.
• Specialist knowledge of the EFL, or football, and contacts in that field (for use as voice-over, commentators etc.)
• Experience of writing scripts.
• Experience of edit producing a variety of programming formats
• Understanding of production budgets
• Experience of line managing junior team members
• Experience of dealing with Talent (e.g. presenters, commentators, voice over artists)
• Script writing
• Ability to make editorial decisions without direct supervision
• Maintain good client / broadcaster relationships where appropriate
• Demonstrates strong editorial judgment
• Demonstrates strong leadership
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with wider department
