What You'll Do:

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in coordinating all On-Screen Team (OST) activities across PLP departments. You'll assist in planning and managing logistics for studio shows, magazine programming, digital content, and on-site services.

Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating travel and logistics with agents, greeting and chaperoning guests, and supporting live broadcasts at Premier League stadiums. You'll also manage budgets, track costs, and ensure wardrobe requirements are met. Your keen eye for detail will ensure all guests have the necessary visas and paperwork. Build strong relationships with the OST and their agents, troubleshoot issues, and keep our productions running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Assisting the On-Screen Team Manager to plan all the necessary requirements for OST across all PLP departments
• Working closely with the OST Production Management team – this role will assist the Manager with the day-to-day OST logistics and operational requirements, including tracking all OST appearances on MediaPulse
• Assisting the On-Screen Team Manager to ensure the correct OST are in place for studio & magazine programmes, ICS & press conferences, PL Legends days & Onsites, Digital and any additional content filming.
• Liasing with agents to arrange all On-Screen travel, logistics and ad hoc requests across all PLP departments and communicating details with productions
• Meeting and greeting guests on PLP studio programming, and going onsite at Premier League stadiums to chaperone guests and assist with PLP Onsite Broadcasts
• Assisting On-Screen Team Manager and Production Management team with budgets and quarterly forecasts by cost-tracking and keeping budgets up to date
• Overseeing the On-Screen Team wardrobe requirements and ensuring the stylist sticks to budget
• Ensuring all non-UK guests have the appropriate visas in place
• Ensuring all guests have call sheets, stats & relevant paperwork as required
• Ensuring all guests have signed the correct paperwork before their appearances.
• Develop an effective relationship with On-Screen Team and their agents, ensuring regular communication, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and potential problems.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Previous experience of working with On-Screen Team personnel and agents for other production companies and/or broadcasters
• Experience of liaising with presenters and guests as well as agents and talent representatives
• Strong knowledge of the Premier League and a passion for football
• Previous experience as an established talent coordinator within the television industry
• Previous experience of live television studio programming
• Experience working within the sports industry
• Experience of planning and delivering editorial requirements of a busy sports production team
• Experience on working with budgets
