What You'll Do

Epic Games is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead specializing in the art discipline to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier artistic talent for our game development and game adjacent teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a passion for art, and a proven track record in talent acquisition.

In this role, you will
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber art professionals, including concept artists, environment artists, 3D modelers, animators, VFX artists, and more
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Epic Games
• Work closely with hiring managers and game development teams to understand their specific needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize hiring processes, and report on talent acquisition effectiveness
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
• Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals

What we're looking for
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for art roles within the gaming or entertainment industry
• Deep understanding of the art discipline within game development, including the various roles, skills, and software used by artists
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and data analytics to drive decision-making and improve processes
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
• Strong network within the art and gaming communities, with a proven ability to attract and hire top talent
