What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Researcher to help support our growing games and technology teams. This role will be responsible for sourcing across various disciplines on multiple Epic Games titles including Fortnite, Fall Guys, Rocket League and more unannounced projects. The ideal candidate will manage several searches at a time and partner with key stakeholders to critically assess talent markets and hit data-driven sourcing targets.
In this role, you will
• Join a team of talent researchers, who are focused on quality, candidate experience, recruiter partnerships, and stakeholder management
• Help to enhance the team's active, passive, and opportunistic sourcing and recruiting capabilities
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Execute and take ownership of multiple sourcing requisitions in collaboration with stakeholders and recruiting partners
• Identify industry trends and leverage competitive intelligence to develop innovative, targeted sourcing strategies
• Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights
• Serve as an expert on sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and Boolean searches, providing training to new recruiters and researchers
What we're looking for
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing technical roles in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Experience working in games, entertainment or tech
• Experience working in games, entertainment or tech
• Deep understanding of Games Industry talent
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools (Gem, Github, LinkedIn Recruiter) and advanced sourcing skills, including understanding search strings and identifying candidates outside of traditional sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage talent research in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Strong ability to leverage data and market insights to inform stakeholders on trends, challenges and opportunities in order to influence decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).
Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$144,347 — $211,709 USD
California Base Pay Range
$127,025 — $186,304 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$121,252 — $177,836 USD
