Job Description
Who We Are:

The Coordinator, Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy creates connectivity and organization across the team, ensuring that projects and initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. The coordinator will provide support across various efforts, including team administrative and operational needs, event planning and execution, and communications. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and is passionate about impact and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Client Impact
• Coordinating across the Client Impact team to manage materials, databases, and plans
• Provide support for specific client projects and high-profile client accounts
• Research and preparation for client impact projects
• Manage databases for team
• Manage nonprofit requests for client services
• Support high-profile client accounts

Programming and Events
• Support the planning and execution of Impact and Inclusion events and programming, including EMEA for WME / 160/90
• On the ground day-to-day employee events support for WME in New York
• Support departments and employees with service projects, Walk the Walk and general needs
• Day-to-day support and day-of needs for ERG and affinity group programing

Industry Access Programming
• Support the execution of our industry access programing
Operations
• Provide scheduling and administrative support to team leadership
• Manage shared team documents, calendars, and plans
• Support management of team budget and expenses
• Support RFP responses, surveys, and reporting

The Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy department works across the company portfolio to create programs and activations that benefit the greater good, focusing on employee engagement/ volunteerism, client impact/philanthropy, external initiatives that support the communities where we live and work, and leading the company's 501c3 foundation.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$80,000 annually
