Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. You will work with a global Talent Acquisition (TA) team who recruits the brightest, most gifted and most creative talent.

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator helps ensure that someone who interviews at Electronic Arts has a world class experience. They are necessary for creating a seamless and efficient recruiting process. In partnership with the team, a Talent Acquisition Coordinator navigates team availability to schedule interviews with candidates being considered by Electronic Arts. They guide the processes that occur between candidate levels all the way to becoming an employee. You will help to ensure recruiting processes are aligned with EA's strategy and future recruiting needs.

This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

Responsibilities
• Partner with our team of Recruiters on the scheduling of candidate interviews and hiring manager feedback sessions.
• Track signed candidate Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Support offer letter creation and audit of offer letters.
• Ensure coordination of new hire onboarding tasks.
• Contribute to our projects across the Global Talent Acquisition team and manage process improvements.
• Collaborate with our teammates from multiple different time zones.

Additionally, you may manage the final part of each recruitment process, from rejection communications with unsuccessful candidates, to partnering with HR to ensure new hires are successfully on-boarded.
Occasionally, you´ll be asked to source and screen candidates, manage candidate applications efficiency and conduct candidate assessments.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree and from 2 years of experience supporting a recruiting function in an administrative capacity (ideally in a multicultural environment) either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
• Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with volume recruitment and managing a large assessment process is desirable.
• Experience with and be comfortable managing recruitment workflow in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and different internal tools (SharePoint, internal reporting tools).
• Passionate about working in diverse and dynamic teams, able to meet deadlines and manage several tasks at the same time with high attention to detail.
