Our Talent Acquisition team recruits upwards of 5k people a year across the globe and to achieve this feat, we have the backing of an agile and creative Programs and Operations team.
What We Need
We're looking for a TA Operations Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations team. You will become an expert in the EA hiring process, to guide recruiters, sourcers, and other partners. As a part of this role, you will also help administer our Background Check program and communicate with candidates, our BGC vendor, recruiters, and business leaders to provide a successful and compliant program. You will never be satisfied with the status quo, but will always look for ways to improve processes and look for program and operational efficiencies.
What You Will Do
Along with your peers, act as an expert in the EA hiring process to answer questions and guide solutions through multiple support channels
Be an important contributor to the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience
Work with your team to administer our Background Check program, ensuring that all new hires get the correct check before their start date
Give clear answers and solutions to TA team members
What We Think Would Be A Great Fit
You will have in-depth knowledge of the recruiting life-cycle
You will have a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
You will demonstrate how you proactively identified opportunities for improvements of processes, policies, or tools
You are proficient in Google drive tools or similar technology
You will communication in a clear, positive way
