As a Manager in Talent Development, you'll focus on building out our DEI Learning capability by providing immersive, interactive experiences that develop the skills and capabilities for our leaders to build and maintain EA's inclusive culture. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across EA to create engaging experiences that speak to our people leaders and invest in their growth and development.

In this role, you will manage the implementation and sustainment of our new DEI Learning offerings, including content development, content delivery, customization of content for BU-specific needs, program measurement, and support the development of follow-on learning activities and opportunities. You will not have direct reports or supervisory responsibilities. This temporary position will last 6 months. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent and Development.

Responsibilities
• Manage the implementation of DEI Learning content.
• Develop DEI content for leaders that is actionable and supports the challenges that our people leaders are currently facing.
• Develop post-workshop/follow-on content that keeps our people leaders engaged with the content and skills they need to develop.
• Identify metrics and measures for ongoing awareness and management of the program.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure customization of content that meets the needs of people leaders in various parts of the business.
• Manage relevant communication and change plans through a variety of channels.
• Consistently seek to improve participant experience (leveraging data from surveys, retrospectives, or industry trends).
• Communicate content creation, updates and timelines.
• Host and facilitate workshops for people leaders.
• Provide ongoing support to participants.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in DEI, program management, leadership development, talent development, or related professions.
• Experience maintaining a program involving multiple business units or groups across an organization.
• Influence, relationship, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with team members at all levels in the organization.
• Authentic; doesn't take oneself too seriously

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
