Workplace Experience, Director - APAC Region
About the Role:
The WE Director overseeing EA's APAC region will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive and integrated employee experience (EX) strategy that aligns with the team's purpose, goals and objectives. The Director of Workplace Experience will collaborate with various BU's, such as benefits, people operations, learning and development, employee communications, and more, to ensure that every employee has a positive and engaging experience regardless of onsite, hybrid or remote. The Director of Workplace Experience will also leverage employee feedback, data, and best practices to identify and address the gaps and opportunities in our EX and continuously improve and innovate our EX programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction globally for onsite, hybrid and remote workers
• Collaborating with various teams and departments to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Collecting and analyzing employee feedback to identify areas of improvement and create action plans for change where needed through surveys, focus groups and/or interviews with employees.
• Managing employee relations and retaining top performers by establishing clear communication channels, identifying potential conflicts and resolving issues, and providing regular feedback about performance
• Establishing the company's culture by setting standards for employee behavior and enforcing them through disciplinary action when needed
• Designing and overseeing employee programs and initiatives that foster a culture of recognition, collaboration, and innovation.
• Communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders to promote the Workplace Experience Teams vision and values.
• Develop and manage a talented workplace experience team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, growth, and alignment with Pax8's values.
• Build and maintain a robust service mentality within the team, ensuring a responsive and adaptive approach to internal customer needs.
• Collaborate with Finance and leadership to develop and manage budgets that provide ROI through enhanced workplace experiences.
• Act as a key liaison with various departments including Legal, People Operations, Internal Communications, and others, aligning workspace experience initiatives with stakeholder requirements.
• Partner with the Security Operations team to ensure a secure workplace while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests.
• Effectively
oversee and delegate tasks to your team, provide them with the necessary training and resources, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and performance.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate with employees, stakeholders, and other leaders, and convey the employee experience vision and values.
Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters degree with 7 years of related experience in workplace and facilities management experience or 10 or more years of
• Extensive experience in the field of Workplace Experience
• Experience in planning and leading complex initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Experience leading and directing multiple teams in a variety of locations
• Ability to make well-informed and strategic decisions that impact the current state and future of the organization, and evaluate the risks and opportunities of each option.

You and your team will focus on our office environments on a global scale, including building operations, health and safety, workplace design, employee travel, onsite and contracted services, and employee community and events. You will collaborate with the People Experience COEs and teams for integrated programs and events.
Whilst responsible for your home location the Workplaces Director will lead a team of managers in the given region. The Workplaces Director is expected to work closely with the global leadership team and business partners such as Real Estate, Security, GSS and Global Risk, to deliver best in class operations.
