Associate Manager, Brand Marketing (Hulu)

Hulu's Marketing team is seeking an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to be an exceptional addition to the Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will be a go-to resource on your assigned campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are managed and the brand strategy comes through in everything we do. In this role, you will also work side by side with the brand and content marketing teams at Hulu and across Disney on specific initiatives that ensure the Hulu brand and consumer offering is best represented and differentiated. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Help lead, develop and execute brand marketing campaigns with internal and external partners. This includes but is not limited to preparing materials to kick off campaigns, running weekly task force meetings to get cross-functional updates, submitting creative requests (within our AirTable portal), seeking content & legal approvals, tracking notes and feedback across stakeholders, ensuring the project stays within budget and ultimately delivers in a way to hit KPIs.
• Must-have experience managing 360 marketing campaigns of various size and touchpoints; including AV, OOH, social, digital, experiential and audio.
• Consistently partnering with brand leads throughout projects and collaborating cross functionally with creative, media, social, on-channel, synergy and other departments to ensure a cohesive campaign.
• Utilize research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to inform, track and optimize campaigns. Help with post-campaign recaps and identify opportunities.
• Oversee and track approvals on internal/external brand marketing & advertising campaign programs (creative, legal, media, etc.)
• Help manage and track the team budget, working with Project Managers to track invoices for each campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years relevant experience in brand campaign management with a leading consumer-facing brand or brand agency
• Passion for the entertainment industry is a major plus
• Team player and comfortable working across multiple different inter-agency departments
• Ability to multitask different projects
• Great organization skills and ability to create & enforce processes
• Trendspotting background is positive, but not mandatory
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly but are rooted in data analysis and past expertise
• Excellent project & brand management skills, as well as production management experience
• Open/direct verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to work exceptionally well in a team environment and partner with multiple constituencies
• Solid understanding of the evolving media landscape
• Proficient in Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. Knowledge of Airtable is a plus.

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $84,500.00 to $113,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
