You will assist the Content Partnerships team with strategy and carriage agreement negotiations with major broadcast and cable TV networks and other premiums or add-ons. The right person for this role is a self-starter, eager to learn, well-versed in the streaming media ecosystem and experienced in navigating cross-functional relationships within and outside an organization. Manage all internal deal processes, including financial analysis, contract review, collaboration with internal stakeholders, technical requirements, and cross-department signoffs
• Manage relationships with various content partners and serve as primary point person on promotional initiatives, technical onboarding and contract negotiation
• Prepare economic offers via financial modeling, and analyze partner performance using data metrics
• Collaborate with leadership and other internal stakeholders on developing content strategy for Hulu, including but not limited to sports, premium add-ons, and live events
• Manage long-term and ad-hoc projects to support the broader strategy of the Content Partnerships team and Hulu overall
• Collaborate with Strategy/Business Development teams across The Walt Disney Company on future business opportunities, forecasting market trends and delivering on wider company objectives

• Ability to quickly get up-to-speed and thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects concurrently, often with little supervision or lack of established process.
• Excels in building and delivering presentations to executives and external partners, and able to translate business objectives for stakeholders across the company, including product, finance, marketing, legal and accounting. Excellent attention to detail, and strong financial modeling and presentation skills (including Powerpoint and Excel).
• Passion for entertainment, TV, sports and technology with a deep knowledge of the evolution of the digital/media industries
• Willingness to travel (10-15%)
