Job Description
Job Title: Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator at Cineverse India, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our content management system working across all lines of business (Transactional, Physical, and FAST Channels). You will collaborate with Sales & Brand Marketing teams to craft compelling sales collateral, support digital promotions, and uphold key metadata & assets for marketing operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and adeptness with project management tools will be pivotal for maintaining timelines and milestones across platform releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support:
- Collaborate with sales and brand teams to craft persuasive sales collateral and presentations.
- Support Digital & Physical Sales Teams by curating promotional titles, maintaining the promotional calendar, and managing required assets.
- Input item setups in various internal and account systems to facilitate product release.
- Prepare sales analysis and dashboards on key licensors.

Marketing Operations Support:
- Update and maintain the release calendar across platforms.
- Manage the Key Title Tracker and deliver metadata and key artwork assets.
- Assist in overseeing key metadata related to seasonal and key events throughout the year.
- Prepare promotional placement recaps of digital campaigns.

Maintain Timelines/Milestones Management in Project Management Tool:
- Update and maintain key timelines in internal project management systems.
- Identify the current week and items at risk for delivery to distribution and digital partners.

Willing to work in US hours in WFH/Hybrid environment.

Qualifications:
• Strong passion for Movies & Film Series to review artwork and maintain licensor branding requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceedingly organized and demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet meticulous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a penchant for innovative marketing and sales solutions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel and Word); adaptable and quick to learn new technologies/internal systems.
• Self-starter & go-getter to work independently under pressure.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar role with an entertainment industry background
• Familiarity with Rightsline or a similar rights-tracking program is preferred.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday, as well as Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
