OVERVIEW

The CAA London office is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant to join our Recruitment Team. Reporting into the European Recruitment Lead, the new Assistant will be supporting the UK recruitment team with all thing's recruitment, across departments including Music Touring, Sports Sales, Brand Consulting, TV, Publishing, Football and Operations. The current UK based recruitment team, consists of the European Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Manager - Early Careers and Recruitment Coordinator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Supporting the Recruitment team with CV shortlisting, across a variety of different roles & departments, including for our internship programme.
• Pre-screening candidates over the phone.
• Regularly reviewing online talent pools and booking in speculative/pipelining interviews with the Recruitment Lead & Recruitment Manager, Early Careers.
• Blind CVs – removing personal & confidential information and re-saving the CVs to be shared with hiring managers.
• Arranging interviews and sending email confirmations/Microsoft Teams links.
• Carrying out interviews with some entry-level candidates as required by the Recruitment Manager, Early Careers.
• Adding Job Requisitions onto Workday to start the approval process.
• All candidate admin on Workday e.g., moving candidates through the different steps on Requisitions from interview through to offer, declining those who weren't shortlisted through the system.
• Job Description drafting as required.
• Assist with organisation of Recruitment networking events and attend university/early careers fairs alongside Recruitment Manager, Early Careers.
• Supporting the wider recruitment team, feeding back to candidates who haven't been successful after interview.
• Sending 'offer details' email to the relevant HR team to trigger onboarding process.
• Diary management for the European Recruitment Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Must have some previous experience as a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer, either in-house or agency.
• Should ideally have some experience of shortlisting CVs and telephone screening.
• A keenness to develop a career within Recruitment.
• Some interview experience is desirable.
• Experience using Workday HRIS would be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Ability to build business relationships at all levels.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Needs to be a team player who is approachable and supportive; able to contribute ideas and recommendations.
• General understanding of how a talent agency works would be beneficial.
