The Role
The Global Inclusion Operations & Communications Analyst plays a pivotal role on the Global Inclusion (GI) team by driving and supporting the delivery, communications & assessment of programs and initiatives that build culture, employee experience and belonging for CAA colleagues globally.
This role will support and drive core GI operations through planning, logistics, execution and evaluation of key initiatives, events and commemorations in partnership with the GI Executive and Coordinator. The Analyst is responsible for seeking ways to integrate technology into GI operations, including identifying and managing vendors, RFP processes and product integration in partnership with the HRIS Executive and team.
This role will research, develop and communicate inclusion, workplace and culture analytics, benchmarking and Best Practices. This team member will cultivate and maintain awareness of breaking social-political-culture-identity news and inclusion industry trends.
The Analyst will work with the Global Head of Inclusion, Recruiting & Development (IRD), the Corporate Communications Executive and their teams to help develop and launch a Global IRD Storytelling, Messaging & Engagement strategy, content and vehicles. They will help grow and support understanding of CAA inclusion, belonging, employee experience and culture by developing Quarterly and Annual reports, intranet and LinkedIn Life content/calendars.
Additionally, this role is responsible for project managing DE&I recognition and indices (i.e., Corporate Equality Index, etc.) nominations and approval processes; they will plan, develop and deliver messaging for the GI Executive and Global Head of IRD and partner across the GI team to execute Employee Committee (EC) commemorations and events, including event messaging and communications.
Responsibilities

• 25%: Support and drive core GI operations through planning, logistics, execution and evaluation of key initiatives, events and commemorations in partnership with the GI team and internal/external partners.
• 10%: I ntegrate technology into GI operations, including identifying and managing vendors, RFP process and product integration in partnership with the HRIS Executive and team.
• 10%: Research, evaluate, develop and communicate key inclusion and culture analytics, execute benchmarking/research and track Best Practices; includes cultivating and maintaining awareness of breaking social-political-culture-identity news and inclusion industry trends.
• 25%: Develop and launch a Global IRD Storytelling, Messaging & Engagement plan, content and vehicles in partnership with the Global Head of Inclusion, Recruiting & Development (IRD), the Corporate Communications Executive and their teams.
• 10%: Develop executive's voice and brand across CAA globally in partnership with the Global Head of Inclusion, Recruiting & Development (IRD) and GI Executive.
• 10%: Grow & support understanding of CAA inclusion, belonging, employee experience and culture by developing Quarterly and Annual reports, intranet and LinkedIn Life content/calendars.
• 5%: Project manage DE&I recognition and indices (i.e., Corporate Equality Index, etc.) nominations and approval processes.

Qualifications / Capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or similar work equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in communications/writing, public relations, web management, inclusion/culture and related fields.
• Knowledge and familiarity with people focused technology and tools, commitment to curiosity in tech innovation and potential application to inclusion and people practice.
• Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills, ability to take in data, identify trends and communicate story and impact.
• Ability to build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the CAA ecosystem, including HR, CAA+, The Foundations, Corporate Communications, global counterparts and the business.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills, ability to edit and give and receive feedback; works well with colleagues on all level and feels comfortable shaping the voice and developing the persona of inclusion executives.
• Creative thinker who is able to take in complex and multifaceted information, comprehend and organize it for consumption of others; understands timing, pace and sequencing in communications and messaging.
• Excellent researcher, driven by natural curiosity and passion for inclusion, people and culture.
• Cooperative, service and action orientated and is an inclusive team member.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, agents, C-level executives and senior leadership.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $86,000 - $104,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
