The Role and What You'll Do:
• Oversee the day-to-day partnership marketing & campaign activation with client 's cross- functional teams ( partnerships , brands, media, PR, social , etc.) and relevant agency partners in connection with client's entertainment partnership s
• Man a ge day-to-day
oversight and execution of partnership assets /program s ensuring all elements are successfully delivere d
• Responsible for tracking partnership performance/recap reports
• Oversee yearly bud gets/invoicing processes across multiple stakeholders
• Provide strategic thinking and recommendations for client and agency at large
• Liaise with wider global account team providing connectivity across all workstreams
• Lead and mentor direct reports
You Have These:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of agency , brand
or client-based partnership account management experience
• Prior experience in managing the development and implementation of marketing strateg ies and activation s
on behalf of a client or brand
• Prior experience managing a team/individuals
• Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors
• Experience working with in the Music Entertainment vertical required .
• Experience working in hospitality preferred.
• Understanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations and logistics
• Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
• Strong ability to manag e multiple projects across large cross-functional teams independently and diligently while delivering pre -defined goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client /account management experience required
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication skills
• Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Role is based in the NY area (required)
• This role will report into a Senior Director

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
