The Role and What You'll Do:
On Location is seeking an experienced marketing leader who demonstrates universal excellence in driving impact and managing a marketing team of 30+ individuals. This role will be responsible for establishing a marketing strategy, hospitality branding and achieving ambitious revenue goals in collaboration with sales and ecommerce teams for our first of its kind Olympic Games Hospitality. The role will drive marketing strategy and execution among all hospitality prospects from B2B to consumer and at all levels of the funnel from top of mind awareness to purchase. The VP of Marketing for this billion-dollar project spanning the 2026 Games in Milan/Cortina and the 2028 Games in Los Angeles will be adept at relationship and stakeholder management, as well as motivating and driving B2B, B2C, digital, and creative marketing teams. They will lead a team to engage target audiences across the globe, acquire qualified leads for sales, and sell premium hospitality products via ecommerce in the leadup to and throughout the events. Further, this role will oversee On Location creative and paid digital teams across properties.
• Build and lead a world-class marketing organization inclusive of B2B strategy, B2C strategy, creative, CRM and digital marketing.
• Partner with external and internal stakeholders to create powerful global and local marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales – both B2B and B2C.
• Enable global sales and distribution teams with robust toolkits and materials.
• Develop country and product-specific marketing timelines and channel strategies to expand reach and increase market penetration in partnership with sales.
• Partner with sales to qualify and optimize lead flow across channels and markets.
• Direct consumer marketing efforts aimed at delivering ambitious ecommerce revenue targets.
• Develop research and insights plans across key prospect and buyer groups to help inform product, pricing, marketing targets & messaging.
• Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to assess marketing strategy effectiveness and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Demonstrate the financial acumen and analytical skills necessary to review marketing data and evaluate profitability.
• Partner closely with GM and sales in real-time monitoring of financial performance metrics including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement and adjust strategies as needed to achieve financial targets.
You Have These
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and in leadership and management roles, experience with sports and entertainment industry preferred.
• Proven track record of driving growth, managing substantial budgets, and measuring and optimizing marketing investment ROI.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be influential.
• Proficiency in marketing analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with ecommerce and assessing marketing tech stack.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the sports industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate project requirements.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$165,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$220,000 annually
