The Role and What You'll Do:
The Account Director, Experiential, will join the Client Services team to lead the day-to-day account management with an alcohol beverage brand for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The Account Director will be responsible for ensuring that clients continually receive superior service, thinking and quality from our company and that strategy, planning, programs, tactics, budgets, schedules, creative, documentation and account profitability stay on track. The Account Director will be a capable and collaborative manager with proven skills in team building and mentorship.
The ideal candidate for the Account Director position must have extensive experience in the marketing experience/event industry (8-10 years) internal team management experience, client service communication, be well organized, process oriented, a self-starter, able to work with a variety of people with varying work styles and be able to prioritize workload. This position reports to Vice President, Account Services. and will be responsible for supporting program strategy, delivery of objectives, and execution coordination while collaborating with clients and internal teams (creative, production, hospitality, and sister companies) to design, plan, and execute premium experiential events. Our desired candidate is a trusted and highly collaborative thought leader that can work cross-functionally in a large network organization with a variety of people and work styles. Experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Primary Account Service Lead
• Build and strengthen executive level client relationships through leadership, relationship building and strategic program development
• Strategic ability to conceive, develop and implement programs that build client brand and provide a foundation to drive client business growth
• Deliver measurable results to the client and provide post-event reporting and analysis
• Manage internal and external staff on execution and delivery of programs
• Ensure financial management of the account meets agency standards
• Develop appropriate communication to client, project managers or other pertinent individuals on as needed basis
• Expand assigned business through identification of emerging opportunities and securing of incremental revenue and/or acquisition of new business
• Position yourself as a leader within the team and company to help lead growth and development of your organization
• Apply best practices and learnings from previous projects to elevate performance level
• Create accountability practices within company
You Have These:
• Minimum 8 to 10 years marketing, client service, team management and agency experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or equivalent experience in related field
• Motivational leadership, inspiring team to deliver top performance against assigned business
• Excellent interpersonal skills - experience in client management is a necessity
• Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with multiple national and local clients
• Proficiency in project management & proven record of accomplishment of delivering projects on time / within budget
• Proven experience & ability to effectively present marketing campaign concept / ideas
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage numerous programs and resources simultaneously
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills based in agency, client, and industry knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong management skills; prior internal staff management
• A thoroughly developed knowledge of our industry, products, and services, as well as those of our competitors and clients
• Experience working with large consumer brands in the hospitality, alcohol, and sports industries a plus
• Willing to work nonstandard work hours, weekends, and travel (can be heavy at times) as required
• Must have professional appearance and persona with a strong work ethic and a positive, attitude
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually
