160over90 is currently seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to work with our client services team, fully serving our call-center marketing client. Account Coordinators are instrumental in the execution of client programs and are a critical part of our team. The individual will support Account Managers and Account Director in day-to-day project tasks, and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Account Coordinator will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment where every day is different. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, hard-working and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Support Account Manager(s) and Account Director in all areas of 160over90 offerings including (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, budgeting, team organization, etc.
• Work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients.
• Other job-related duties as specified by your manager.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college. Agency Experience is a plus.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
• Comfort with presenting and speaking to clients.
• Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset
• Pleasant, positive attitude.
• Time management – ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Available for periodic travel, some nights and weekends required for event execution
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality
