T he Role and What You'll Do:
The Production Director , Experiential will oversee the planning, execution, and management of regional projects and programs on behalf of an alcohol beverage brand for the World Cup 2026. This leadership role requires extensive experience in large-scale event management, with a focus on operational efficiency, logistics coordination, and production excellence. The successful candidate will ensure seamless delivery of all logistical and operational components, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet the highest standards of performance and safety .
Our desired candidate is a trusted and highly collaborative thought leader that can work cross-functionally in a large network organization with a variety of people and work styles .
• Lead and manage all regional operations and logistics projects, ensuring they align with overall World Cup
objectives . Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee their execution leading up to 2026
• Identify needs and l ead a regional team of
operations, logistics and hospitality individuals to deliver the bespoke local market activation plan in cluding but not limited to hotels, sport venues, restaurants, bars and public gathering spaces
• Design and implement logistics strategies for transportation, venue operations, equipment, and supply chain management. Ensure the timely delivery of resources and services across multiple venues and locations.
• Collaborate with FIFA, local organizing committees, government agencies, and vendors to ensure all operational and logistical requirements are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for regional operations
• Build and lead a team of operations and logistics professionals, providing direction, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to 160/90 and client standards
• Support budget planning and management for all regional projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards
of quality and performance financial management of each meets agency standards
• Responsible for identifying and sourcing key vendor/partners (national, regional, local) related to our business so we are delivering the best product and pricing for our clients
• Integration with client regional stakeholders and partners
• Represent 160/90 and clients at stakeholder planning meetings and venue site visits
• Lead development of proposal/deck presentations for respective region

You Have These
• 12+ years of experiential/event experience in operations and logistics , with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading teams in live event planning and execution
• Bachelor's Degree in Communication , Marketing, Advertising or similar
• Extensive experience in p roduction of live events and hospitality experiences
• Proficient in operations and logistics planning and execution
• Excellent management skills, with the proven experience to lead a team and client with confidence and magnetic, intelligent, strategic leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team player who is positive and upbeat with high potential for coaching and mentoring
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, market site visits including weekends and holidays
