Job Title: Coordinator, Global Playlist Strategy

Here you'll get to:
• You will work closely with the curation team, assisting in the optimisation of the existing suite of Warner Music Group controlled playlists
• You will monitor trends & performance of tracks within playlists
• You will assist in curation across a wide range of fixed playlists and products
• You will be helping maintain and optimising artist Spotify profiles
• You will pull together presentations and campaign recaps to share with stakeholders and executives
• You will schedule and facilitate regular catch-ups with our international teams
• You will collate and distribute a weekly key priority release schedule
• You will optimize workflow, shared drives and tracking documents to help create a more efficient team
• You will work closely with our CRM team, ensuring they are kept up to date of focus playlists / active marketing campaigns
• You will assist in helping identify exciting and creative marketing opportunities for playlists, products and brands
• You will assist in the development of playlists for third party brand and influencer tie-ins
• You will be raising POs using WMG's accounting system

About you:
• You will successfully handle workload and prioritise tasks as necessary
• You have excellent communication and relationship skills
• You will work with and react to tight deadlines
• You work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously

We'd love it if you also had:
• An interest in the latest trends and cultural moments to help inform curation & strategy
• An understanding and interest in key social media outlets such as TikTok and Instagram
• Basic use of Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere
• Proficient use of MS Office suite and Keynote

Salary Range
$15.00 Hourly to $22.00 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
