A&R Administration is responsible for clearing all audio, visual and artwork for all Warner Records releases.
In this role you will have the opportunity of working closely with the A&R department, doing all the administrative due diligence, keeping track of invoices, recording budgets, expenses, travel etc.
Here you'll get to:
• Provide overall support to A&R Administration department; follow up on all invoice processing with A/P; manage vendor accounts; maintain artist files, reconcile recording budgets, manage monthly AMEX reports and travel purchase orders.
• Process a high volume of invoices associated with artist recording costs.
• General office duties – including but not limited to ordering supplies, taking messages, arranging meetings, setting up conference calls, booking conference rooms and distributing mail.
• Coordinate the set-up of WBS elements utilized in coding to artist accounts for Warner Records, Parlophone, Warner Music International, Nonesuch and Classics under WMG
• Book studio time and arrange travel / accommodation for potential signings, current artists and creative team during recording.
• Send all direct bill hotel letters and follow up for hotel folios (as needed)
