Job Description
Representative, Marketing (Digital)

The Representative, Marketing position is responsible for driving the planning and implementation of comics marketing support for all digital channels including DC's owned and operated channels, third party digital comics distributors, audio, digital collectibles, and more.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Execute the development of all marketing support materials for digital channels including DC Universe Infinite, DC3 digital collectibles, DC audio projects, third-party digital partners, and more.
• Serve as key point of communication and project manager for all marketing-related executions for digital partners across all channels.
• Work closely with DC's Digital business team to ensure growth and marketing goals are met across all channels. Ensure that priority comics titles are well-represented on dc.com, CRM, Discord, and all owned and operated channels.
• Execute the development of all online marketing campaigns including identifying the targeting for media buys, writing marketing copy, liaising with advertising agencies, gathering and creating assets, and preparing reports to track the effectiveness of each campaign.
• Responsible for the reporting of digital marketing campaign plans and effectiveness to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of all online search campaigns. Execute the development of online retail assets including banners, videos, and more.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…

Work Experience
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in sales and/or digital marketing required.
• Experience in comic book publishing preferred.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Knowledge and Skills
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to organize effectively and pay close attention to details.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Must have excellent project management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign) required.
• Knowledge of publishing/comic book industry preferred.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
