Job Description
We are looking for an Early Talent Coordinator to join our Global Early Talent team in India! Early Talent recruitment is part of our broader Talent Acquisition organization at Warner Bros. Discovery. As an Early talent coordinator, you will play a critical support role in helping to build our pipeline of future technical talent. You will assist in developing and executing strategies to source, engage, and hire students and recent graduates for internships and entry-level positions. You will work closely with our hiring teams, university partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Assist with effective campus recruitment strategies in collaboration with the senior recruiter and P&C team.
• Coordinate with various teams like TA Ops, Employee Connection, Onboarding to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Assist with building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
• Conducting Pre-placement talks and Post Offer Engagements
• Maintaining a database of premier schools across India along with the details of their Training and Placement Officer and updating the file as and when there is a change with the point of contact.
• Support WBD's early talent team in Identifying Interview Panel during Hiring drives, their panel briefing, Interview Scheduling/Coordination etc.

Qualifications & Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Campus hiring, campus recruitment, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top technical talent
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements (e.g., software engineering, data science)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and data analysis
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources)
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
• Knowledge of university recruiting regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g.,Workday)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders (e.g., students, faculty, hiring managers)
