Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People & Culture Associate to support our games organization.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Maintain a positive work environment through effective P&C and employee practices
• Analyze HRIS performance metrics and Workday reporting to help mitigate risk and drive key business recommendations
• Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports
• Liaise with our data analytics team to track outcome and business impact of our current and new programs and initiatives, spearhead report troubleshooting and audits
• Handle routine inquiries, correspondence and departmental administration, i.e., basic employee questions, organizational change administration, vacancy analysis, performance review support, exit interviews, etc.
• Partner with P&C team in the implementation of corporate programs, internal training, change management initiatives, etc.
• Ability to manage employee relations issues in partnership with the business
• Apply and communicate company policies
• Partner with staffing and compensation team on recruitment of permanent and temporary staffing
• Develop strong working relationships with all P&C specialist functions to provide 'seamless' P&C support and guidance to the business including: Staffing, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits
• Support P&C projects across the business
• Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
Qualifications & Experience
• 2-3 years' practical work experience
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mastery of Excel and HRIS systems, especially Workday
• Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce
• Knowledge of general HR services
• Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive projects from inception to completion
• Good influencing/negotiation skills
• Must have the legal right to work in the US

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
