How you'll CREATE:

Work in a fast-paced environment supporting the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer and background check experience.
• Candidate Interview Scheduling
• Includes in-person interviews, phone interviews, and zoom video conferences
• Book conference rooms and ensure equipment is properly set up when needed (In- person, MS Teams/Zoom)
• High level communication with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for alignment of schedules
• Timely follow-up to ensure the process moves forward
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to the Candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers involved in the interview process
• Manage and track the scheduling process in our applicant tracking system (Workday)


• Employment Offer Letters and Background Checks
• Prepare and processes high-volume offer letters
• Initiate and monitor all background checks and communicate completion to the appropriate team members
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across the centralized recruiting function
• Additional Support
• Manage Talent Acquisition Coordinator calendar with an understanding of business priorities for all areas of UMG
• Manage Talent Acquisition Coordinator inbox & prioritize business needs on a timely basis
• Support manual job postings as needed
• Support the broader Talent Acquisition team on additional duties and projects on a needed basis including inquiries and data research pertaining to business needs
• Proactively identify areas of support
• Handle additional needs as requested
• Professional interactions with visitors, applicants, and employees, and serve as front line customer service representative and follow up, as appropriate
• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and recruiters in a timely fashion
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Duties and responsibilities are subject to change and may include additional responsibilities based on business needs

• Highly adaptable to a fluid and changing work environment
• Must have excellent follow-through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively
• Great team player and finding opportunities to help the team achieve goals and deliverables
• Uses sound judgment and questions if something is out of the normal standards and processes
• 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
• HRIS experience, Workday, applicant tracking systems a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Salary Range:
$59,200 - $82,800

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
