UTA seeks a Senior Analyst, Workday with deep expertise in Workday Core HCM and Benefits to join our dynamic team. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Lead the design, configuration, and support of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence modules, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Manage Workday configurations for multi-country operations, including localization, compliance, and regional differences in HR and benefits administration.
• Configure business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and reports to enhance system functionality.
• Provide expert-level support for Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs across multiple geographies and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Participate in Workday releases and updates, evaluating their impact and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements across different regions.
• Lead testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations worldwide.
• Support Workday integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to enhance Workday adoption across global teams.
What You Will Need
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Workday PRO certification in Core HCM, Benefits, Absence or Compensation is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a global environment, supporting Workday configurations across multiple countries and ensuring compliance with international HR regulations.
• Proficiency in Workday security, business process setup, calculated fields, EIBs, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different geographies.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, globally distributed team and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data migration tools is a plus.
