Receptionist

Job Description

UTA is seeking a Receptionist to join their London office. As the first point of contact for the company, you'll be responsible for greeting high profile clients, business executives and other guests alongside answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate offices.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and engaged, with a strong work ethic and understanding of dealing with a variety of guests who require immediate recognition and sensitivity. You will be able to remain focused and detail oriented while multi-tasking on the busy desk.

What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner and alerting the appropriate parties of all visitors.
• Maintaining the tidiness of reception and the common areas of the office
• Answering busy phone lines and transferring calls to appropriate offices
• Scheduling meetings rooms as requested
• Other ad hoc duties

• Organised and excels at multi-tasking
• Highly proficient with various office tools such as Microsoft Office and Zoom
• Previous experience in a reception or related role beneficial
