UTA seeks an Executive Assistant to support a department head, SVP and VP of Strategy & Corporate Development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, with the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to anticipate the needs of leadership while handling multiple projects. An understanding of the entertainment, media and sports industry is a plus.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.

What You Will Do
• Responsible for managing executives' calendars including scheduling and coordinating calls and zoom/in-person meetings
• Coordinate logistics and preparation for executives' and departmental meetings
• Phone management – answer phones and maintain executives' call logs
• Expense reports - Prepare monthly reports for review & submit to accounting for approval
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, maintaining professional relationships and communications
• Handle any additional duties as assigned to support the executive team
What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience; previous experience managing an executive desk preferred
• Ability to liaise with key senior-level executives, internal staff at all levels and external clients & partners
• Highly professional with excellent judgment and discretion, ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and act with the highest level of discretion
• Critical attention to detail and highly organized
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with critical thinking and minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• General business knowledge and interest in entertainment, media and sports is a plus
