Assistant To Senior Vice President, Music Operations

Job Description

UTA is seeking an Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Music Operations in our Nashville office. Candidates with prior agency experience are strongly preferred to ensure a solid understanding of industry operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in the operational side of the music industry !

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.

What You'll Do
• Manage phone, calendar, and research for meetings
• Organize and maintain detailed spreadsheets
• Coordinate and manage travel
• Support training initiatives and track progress through structured documentation
• Handle administrative tasks, including expense reports and drafting correspondence
• Collect and compile key stories and operational highlights to share across the agency
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials for internal and external meetings
• Track and manage contracts, payments, and operational workflows
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external partners as necessary

What You Need
• 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in operations, entertainment, or within an agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required.
• Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively improve processes.
• Professional demeanor with excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
