The Role and What You'll Do:
The Global Partnerships Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting operational workflow for both the Business Development and Partnership Marketing teams through revenue recognition management, media valuation reporting, asset valuation, viewership tracking, and administrative tasks.
• Supports the Global Partnerships revenue recognition process, including recording deliverables and compiling revenue reports to communicate to management on performance.
• Supports department business planning through maintenance of the department budget, sales CRM, and yearly budget planning documents.
• Maintains the Global Partnerships asset rate card and supports the use of said document during business development and revenue reporting phases.
• Collects and tracks all available data regarding UFC event viewership and provides relevant data for sales messaging and partnership recaps.
• Assists with third party resources such as Nielsen, Futures, and Endeavor Analytics to report on media valuations, including compiling data for partnership recaps.
• Maintains tracking of current partner contracts and details and keeps up to date partner information in shareable formats for internal and external communications.
• Performs general administrative, clerical and executive support tasks to ensure functional department workflow.
• Supports sales growth by mastering current landscape of data and analytics use in marketing and sponsorships.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new media marketing efforts.
• Identifies areas of opportunity for new processes and workflow for more efficiencies within the department.
• Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.
You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree, with concentration in accounting, business analytics, or sports management preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience, preferably in sports & entertainment.
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once, demonstrating excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Data-driven and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates diplomacy in the most difficult situations, remaining positive and composed.
• Must be a team player and able to foster excellent internal and external working relationships.
• Self-starter, resourceful, and able to develop solutions in high-stress environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist coworkers in tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and the ability to learn other computer programs.
