THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic coach to join the School of Live team based in Beverly Hills, CA. This role supports Live Nation's School of Live programs by acting as both a professional and career coach to employees and School of Live program participants (both internal and external).

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Develop strong working relationships with employees, leadership, hiring managers, and HR.
• Stay current on modern coaching techniques combined with relevant career paths at the organization to advise employees effectively.
• Partner with School of Live, HR, and divisional leadership (as appropriate) to understand open roles and share/communicate them appropriately.
• Understand and stay current on potential career pathways for key functions, roles, and departments at Live Nation.
• Support career development for current employees and School of Live program participants through personalized counseling, engaging workshops, placement support, and other scalable methods.
• Hold effective 1:1 coaching sessions and lead group sessions with employees (and external program participants when applicable) to support their career goals and retention at the organization.
• Stand up and manage a coaching scheduling tool.
• Support with the promotion of School of Live services and offerings, especially coaching services.
• Communicate effectively, kindly, and in a timely manner with clients (i.e. employees and external program participants), ensuring a positive experience.
• Partner with HR and other departments to understand the nuances of our dynamic business and add value to existing employee development programs to meet the growing business needs.
• Design and implement a quantitative and qualitative feedback loop process with client base (i.e. employees served) to assess impact and success, iterate and develop beyond initial implementation appropriately.
• Partner on and support relevant role placements, as appropriate.
• Manage all records associated with the role and develop an organized archival system accessible to relevant School of Live team members.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Social Work or related
• 4+ years of work experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
• 2+ years of experience as a coach with demonstrated experience coaching and goal setting
• ICF certified coach or related training/certification
• Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details)
• Experience working with and communicating to many different levels and departments in the organization
• Capable of maintaining a positive attitude through challenging situations
• Holds a passion for supporting employees at scale with a service mindset
• Able to exercise independent judgement, practice discretion, and maintain confidentiality while using company policies to determine appropriate action
• Ability to be strategic in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Resourceful, able to problem solve, support with employee Q/A, and navigate uncertainty to find solutions
• Advanced Microsoft Office/Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
