Spotify is looking for a talented digital marketer to join the Performance Marketing team and help drive our direct response marketing efforts. This role will report to the Performance Marketing Manager and support all aspects of paid acquisition efforts. In addition to ensuring flawless stewardship of campaigns across all media channels [paid social, paid search, and programmatic], the Performance Marketing Coordinator will also manage all other logistical aspects of the campaign process. A desire to learn more about media, data and tech innovation is a must have for future growth in the role.

What You'll Do
• Assist in briefing, launching, managing and optimizing new campaigns across all channels including: Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display/Video
• Manage agency relationships and ensure timely deliverables and strong performance
• Maintain existing vendor relationships and maximize their potential
• Support in delivering campaign reporting in partnership with analytics team
• Manage creative development and localization
• Contribute to forecasting budgets and monitoring spend and volume pacing against goals
• Generate POs, managing all billing and invoicing for both the Performance Marketing team and other media team partners/stakeholders
• Maintain cross functional relationships from scheduling meetings, organizing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes
Who You Are
• 2+ years of marketing experience in media planning, buying, or analytics with a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
• Extremely data-focused with advanced Excel/GSheet skills and strong data visualization skills
• Excellent project management skills and corresponding clear and thorough communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with multiple analytics and database tools common within a marketing organization [e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.]

The United States base range for this position is $63,372-$79,215 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
