Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Supervisor of Security is overseeing the daily operations of the security operations team, including on-lot events and vendor management. They will help improve staff performance and team productivity through training and development, while fostering a positive and safe work environment. The supervisor will collaborate with S3 to create a robust Incident Response and Emergency Management program for the department.

Responsibilities:
• Planning and Coordination. Will help supervise vendor in the overall day-to-day security operations, including random audits of security deployments and post orders. Develop a robust training program and work with training officer to ensure OJT follows health and safety guidelines of the organization.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities of our security posture and protocols. Implement measures to mitigate these risks.
• Incident Response and Emergency Management. Enhancing current Incident response and emergency management program for security guard force. Implementing emergency protocol when necessary and updating guidelines twice annually to stay in compliance. Resolving current incidents timely and initiate training topics for guards during weekly briefings.
• Anti-Piracy Support. Coordinate and schedule Anti-Piracy security through the Digital Exchange Sony system with our approved security vendors. Enhance piracy protocols and improve piracy training programs.
• Surveillance and Monitoring. Utilizing security equipment and technology effectively to enhance security operations. Monitor compliance with security policies and post orders. Update post orders annually and/ or as needed as operations changes.
• On-lot Special Events Management. Provide support to all on-lot events and liaise with Sony events teams and business partners, respectively. Attend meetings and walkthroughs and prepare the standard operating procedures for special events. Coordinate with security vendor on emergency response, security deployment, and SOP on event day.

Requirements:
• Associate degree preferred
• 5+ years of supervisor experience working in Entertainment and entertainment studio setting
• 5+ years of supervisor experiences working in law enforcement and security in the private sector
• 2+ years of experience in health and safety with emphasis on Incident Response and emergency management
• Knowledge in Crisis Management and Incident Response Protocols

The anticipated base salary for this position is $73,100-$96,900. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
