Based in our London Paddington offices we have a fantastic opportunity for a Benefits Analyst to join us on a fixed term basis to cover the maternity leave of a current team member. Reporting into the Executive Director, Compensation & Benefits, International, this role will sit within our amazing People and Organisation team and will be for a 9-12 month duration.

What you will do:

UK Benefits:
• You will be the main point of contact for UK & ROI benefits related queries
• Main touch point for flexible benefits system (Benefex) queries around enrolment, eligibility, setup and reporting.
• Handle the Benefits administration for payroll purposes: Childcare vouchers, season ticket loans etc.
• Handle and share clear overview of the data transfer process between benefits system and payroll
• Processing Benefit related invoices and collaborating closely with relevant teams to follow-up payments and keep track of spending and any budgetary changes.
• Run UK Benefit onboarding sessions for new joiners where you will train new starters on HRIS and payroll system registration process and requirements (Workday & ADP Self Service for payslip access).
• Coordination of logistics and resources when required for benefits related meetings, cooperating with suppliers and arranging materials.
• Communicate and work with Sony sister companies and benefit providers to discuss potential benefits and general advice.
• Handling a tracker of regional benefit offerings and providers.

Wellness & Wellbeing
• Act as Benefits & wellbeing ambassador by promoting what the company has to offer for employees, via regular email communications benefits sessions. This would include wellness related activities, benefits roadshow and regular benefit related webinars.
Other:
• Assist in an ad hoc projects when required

What you need:
• Typically 2-3 years of UK benefits administration is crucial, in particular: pension, private medical insurance and risk benefits and vendor invoice administration.
• Experience working with and keeping a good relationship with benefit providers is desirable
• Ideally have experience of working with flex benefit software (Benefex) and annual benefit selection process.
• Strong customer service, especially when taking care of payroll and benefit related queries.
• High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
• You are a personable and proactive teammate with the capacity to think laterally and able to remain resilient during lively periods.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
