The Goal

We are a global organization embarking on a transformative journey to implement a new Human Resource Management (HRM) system. Our mission is to standardize, optimize, and continuously improve HR processes across all regions to support our diverse workforce. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRIS Manager to lead this critical initiative, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and long-term success of our HR systems.

What you'll be doing
• HRM System Implementation & Oversight

You will be leading the global implementation of the new HRM system, which is UKG, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. You'll also
oversee system configuration, design & maintain system modules, manage the full suite of document generation and reporting capabilities.
• Process Design & Standardization

You will partner with stakeholders to assess current HR processes and design global standardized workflows that drive simplicity and accountability as well as lead and implement change initiatives across teams and geographies.
• HR Optimization & Continuous Improvement

You will design and implement robust reporting tools providing insights to key HR and organisation metrics, monitor systems and process performance identifying automation opportunities.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

You are the primary HRIS liaison between HR teams (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & development and HR Operations) and other business units aligning system capabilities with organisational goals.

The Player

What you'll bring
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in HR systems management, (UKG strongly preferred)
• Proven success in implementing and managing enterprise-level HRM systems (e.g., UKG Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
• Beneficial to have participated in one or more HR Systems implementations, preferably global in nature and you will also have worked within a ''business as usual'' environment for a significant period of time delivering post go live enhancements
• Ability to combine HR functional knowledge with strong technical expertise to drive system efficiencies
• Knowledge and experience in HRIS security configuration
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and system optimization techniques
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, flexible and willing to ''lean-in'' as and when required
• Strong analytical, problem solving, trouble shooting, time management and project management skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through both instruction and self-training/research, investigation of complex issues and lifecycle testing.
