Reporting to the Director, Facilities Workspace Solutions, the Assoicate Manager, Facilities will enhance the office environment to align with Sony's values and support employee well-being and productivity. Based in the new Sony office in mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles, you'll manage back-of-house functions for three key Sony business units, including overseeing office facilities, support services, and production for two Sony production houses and a fast-growing business group. This includes managing vendors for services like food, plants, and screenings, all to create an exceptional workspace. You'll help build a safe, engaging environment where Sony teams can thrive and do their best work.
Responsibilities:
• Manage back of house facilities, support, and office services at Wilshire Courtyard property serving 600+ FTEs
• Oversee operations, food service, space and move management, and ongoing event support.
• Handle all maintenance and repair requests as well as compliance.
• Manage all onsite vendors including janitorial, security, plants, food, and regular office service technicians
• With a customer service orientation, be the primary POC for all office services, with the employee population, the building landlord, and all professional services
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Facilities and Workplace Services
• 3+ years of experience in Production/Animation
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• IFMA, LEED & Well certifications preferred
• Knowledge of production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a customer facing role with a customer service mentality
The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 -$87,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
