Overview

Sales Enablement Part-time Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn the business side of sports sales operations firsthand for the San Antonio Spurs. This position will work directly with the San Antonio Spurs Sales Department and be responsible for dealing with various aspects of the day-to-day sales operations such as game nights, sales events, marketing, community events, and general office duties supporting Season Ticket Memberships, Group Sales and Suite Sales. This includes working collaboratively with Associate Director of Sales and Operations management and other departments to align strategy and processes across departments. This person must be a highly organized professional that can collaborate and coordinate activities and groups within different teams.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Ticketing department with game night duties.
• Setting up game night sales tables and all sales pregame events
• Meeting clients and escorting
• Helping setup sales collateral folders and incentive gifts
• Assist with game night sales rep communication and scheduling
• Assisting the Ticketing Department (Season Ticket Memberships, Group Sales and Suite Sales)
• Assisting ticketing with login issues via Linkedin Sales Navigator, Converisca, Zoominfo and etc.
• Helping create sales collateral via Digideck-invites, graphics and etc.
• Assistance with in-/out-bound phone traffic related to ticketing programs
• Idea sharing/brainstorming for sales processes and events
• Sales event planning & logistics

Qualifications
• Must be either a Junior, Senior, Graduate Level in college, or final year of a technical, vocational or associates program.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, nights and weekends, holidays as needed. (20 -30 hours/week)
• Has the ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• The ability to carry/move/handle boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual.
• Ability to work with all types of people.
• Ability to adapt to changing projects.
