We are looking for an eager team member interested in the sports analytics or ticket operations world to join our family! The person in this role will partner with the Spurs sales and ticket operations teams and ticket distribution partner to assist with ticket pricing and inventory for all Spurs home games. Our ideal candidate will use their technology savvy skills to help develop and use internal technologies to report and analyze variables to resolve price and sales velocity. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments such as, Ticket Operations, Business Analytics, Business Development, Corporate Development and Group Sales. Key AREAS of Responsibility, Job Metrics and Competencies:
• Assists with managing of San Antonio Spurs single game ticket pricing including monitoring, adjusting, and reporting on active primary and secondary ticket markets in compliance with our pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to properly allocate inventory to achieve ticket sales goals.
• Generate and analyze reports to assess inventory performance, identify areas for improvement, support decision-making process, and ensure accuracy of data.
• Collaborate with Ticket Operations, Group Sales & Brand/Marketing department to build group/discount pricing and reconcile payments via various ticket system platforms.
• Assist Ticket Operations teams with processing orders payments, creating price codes and events, and assisting internal customers with questions.
• Other Duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required, with a major in Sports Business, Sports Analytics, Math, Economics, Business or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel required.
• Ticket system exposure and/or experience (Archtics), CRM (Dynamics), and/or Pricing system background strongly preferred.
• Understand basic SQL language or willingness to learn preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support a sports season.
• 20% of job can be performed remotely/80% of work needed to be performed onsite as needed.
• Ability to sit/work at a computer in an arena setting for long periods of time.
